Try an UTAGE Sushi Party Tray! Utage now features 8 roll party trays. Choose your favorite of UTAGE's original recipes and place your order at least 24-48 hours in advance via the website or email. UTAGE's sushi party tray orders can also be placed at Hockessin Athletic Club.

For an extra Japanese touch to your event, add UTAGE's Yakitori! Yakitori is a traditional Japanese snack that features chicken, onion, and shrimp (if you choose) on a kabob and covered in UTAGE's original teriyaki sauce.

Utage also offers asian dumplings stuffed either with pork and vegetables or chicken and vegetables.

A Brief About Us
Chef/Owner Oka san began his ministry of sushi over 30 years ago when he came to this country from Japan to start the Japanese food revolution. Since coming to the U.S., he has introduced thousands to authentic traditional cuisine, the freshest fish and Japanese customs. Running the restaurant with his family around him, he has preserved the Japanese sense of family that surrounds good food and company.

Chihiro Oka has trained with his father since childhood becoming a sushi chef in 1995. His fresh ideas for sushi rolls and presentations keep the menu interesting and fun.
