These are the policies for our Omakase-style dinner service:
There will be maximum number of (40) confirmed reservations for each dining event, so advanced reservations will be required for each dinner event.
Seating consists of intimate tables of four (4). If you require a larger table for your group, feel free to request this at the time of check out during the reservation process.
A credit card will be required to confirm all reservations. This credit card will be charged on the day of the event for the total amount of the reservation made, unless otherwise specified.
Utage will accept cancellations up to 24 hours prior to the event date without penalty. Any last minute cancellation received within the 24 hour window will result in a 50% charge on your credit card.
Please arrive prior to your dinner seating time so that you can ensure you have ample time to purchase a beverage before sitting down.
The Hockessin Atheletic Club will be supplying a Cash Bar; please bring cash to pay for drinks and gratuities.
Hot green tea and ice water are included with dinner service.
The dinner price does not include gratuity.
For those needing an alternative course, there will be a garden salad, edamane and rice available upon request.
Children under six years of age are discouraged for these dining events.
